I read somewhere that WB set up a fund that diverted tax dollars to the fund and not the school district. Who has custody of that fund and where did the $460,000 go? Are those funds in account? If not, what happened to the money??? This is looking sleazier by the day. Fraudsters and con men. If WB took the funds, they need to return it with interest.
