Americans for Prosperity announces 2015 legislative priorities

(From Americans for Prosperity Missouri)

Today Americans for Prosperity announced their new legislative priorities for 2015. The new agenda, Reform America 2015, will focus on health care, taxes/spending, and energy legislation on the federal level. The Missouri chapter of Americans for Prosperity will be working with its activist base to advocate for these policies.

Americans for Prosperity – Missouri State Director, Patrick Werner, released the following statement:

“As Americans for Prosperity moves into 2015, we here at Americans for Prosperity- Missouri are excited to get started on these new initiatives. The agenda that we will be pushing at the federal level means a lot to Missourians because many families and businesses are still struggling. The need for real reform to usher in an era of prosperity back to our state is well overdue. We will be urging our activists here in Missouri to speak with their congressional legislators and explain why the time is now for reforming America.”

2015 is an important year for Americans for Prosperity and we will continue to use our large activist base to push free market policies on the federal, state and local levels.

In conjunction with the release of our federal legislative agenda, Americans for Prosperity Missouri is launching an accountability project. Every 3rd Friday of the month, starting this Friday January 16th, activists will visit local congressional district offices to talk about free market solutions and policies that impact our freedoms and prosperity.
