1. COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014-183 -AN ORDINANCE amending Chapter 118, Utilities, Article II, Sewers and Sewage Disposal, Division 6 Rates and Charges, of the 

Joplin City Code, by repealing sections 118-201 through 118-202, inclusive, of Division 6 in their entirety and enacting new sections 118-201 through 118-202, inclusive of Division 6. Rates and Charges; dealinggenerally with the establishment of sewer rates for the City of Joplin, Missouri.

2. COUNCIL BILL NO.  2014-275 -AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2004-256, passed by the Council of the City of Joplin, Missouri, November 15, 2004, by removing from District C-0-PD and including in District C-2-PD property as described below and located at 1605-1609 East 20^th Street in the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri.  (Requested by Charles Kuehn. Planning and Zoning recommended approval).

COUNCIL BILL NO.  2014-276 - AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2004-256, passed by the Council of the City of Joplin, Missouri, November 15, 2004, by removing from District R-1 and District C-1 and including in District C-3-PD property as described below and located at the southwest corner of 20^th Street and Maiden Lane in the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri. COUNCIL BILL NO.  2014-277-AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of all right-of-way and utility easements for Virginia Avenue south of Interstate 44 and north of 50^th Street, 49^th Street between Hearnes Boulevard and Virginia Avenue, 45^th Street between Interstate 44 and Grand Avenue, and Grand Avenue between Interstate 44 and 45^th Street, in the City of Joplin, Newton County, Missouri. COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014-273 - AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2004-256, passed by the Council of the City of Joplin, Missouri, November 15, 2004, by removing from District R-2 and including in District C-3-PD property as described below and located at 305 South High Avenue in the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri.

4. COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014-274 - AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of all of Third Street right-of-way between High and Comingo Avenues, and the vacation of the north half of the utility easement for the redevelopment of Joe Becker Stadium, in the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014-621 - AN ORDINANCE approving a License Agreement for Police Department Training Courses by and between the City of Joplin, Missouri, a Municipal Corporation, and Crowder College; authorizing the City Manager to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin.2.                  Resolutions

1. COUNCIL BILL NO.  2014-184 - AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City council to issue the abatement of ad valorem taxes on improvements to real property located in the Joplin Area Enhanced Enterprise Zone; generally described as located at 2320 S. Hall St., Webb City, MO and owned by Don’s Cold Storage and Transportation, LLC and containing an emergency clause.

2. COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014-186 -AN ORDINANCE approving the Redevelopment Plan for property known as the Haugton Block Building located at 824 S. Main St; by Jeremy and Lori Haun, in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan as approved by the Joplin Redevelopment Corporation, Inc; approving and authorizing the abatement of ad valorem real estate taxes on the improvements to property located at 824 S. Main St., Joplin, Missouri; taxes on the improvements to the real property will be abated at the rate of one hundred percent (100%) for ten (10) years, commencing January 1, 2015 and fifty (50%) for the following five (5) years, commencing January 1, 2025; authorizing the City Manager to execute all instruments approved herein and any other instruments necessary to effectuate the intent of the Council as described herein upon recommendation of the City Attorney; and containing an emergency clause.3. COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014-413 - AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin to amend an Agreement with Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (Deloitte FAS) in the amount not to exceed to compensate for activity delivery services incurred related to the 2011 Community Development Block Grant- Disaster Recovery fund, authorizing the Planning and Community Development Director to execute said Amendment for the City, and containing an emergency clause.

1. COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014-025 - AN ORDINANCE amending subparagraph (e), Section 42-35, Court costs and other fees, Article II, Municipal Court, of Chapter 42, Courts, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Joplin.

COUNCIL BILL NO.  2014-185 - AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City council to issue the abatement of ad valorem taxes on improvements to real property located in the Joplin Area Enhanced Enterprise Zone; generally described as located at 7931 E. 24^th St. and owned by Magoulas Enterprises Inc, dba Component Packaging.

3. COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014-620 - AN ORDINANCE approving an Agreement allowing Choice Marketing to serve as the Print & Digital Media Buyer for the Joplin Convention & Visitors Bureau; authorizing the City Manager to execute said Agreement or Agreement in substantially similar form, for the City.

4. COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014-622 - AN ORDINANCE approving a License Agreement with Internet Destination Sales System (iDSS) for Customer Relations Management software for the Convention and Visitors Bureau; authorizing the City Manager to execute said Agreement or Agreement in substantially similar form, for the City.
