MSTA contributes $260,000 to fight against Amendment 3

The Missouri State Teachers Association contributed $260,000 to the Committee in Support of Public Education today, according to a 48-hour report filed with the Missouri Ethics Commission.

The committee has been formed to fight Amendment 3, which would strip teachers of their tenure protection and require that teacher evaluations be based on student scores on standardized tests.
